Flying the flag for equality

Dear alumni and friends,

Welcome to the latest issue of Cardiff Connect!

We have had a really chilly start to spring here, but were cheered by Wales' triumph in the Six Nations Rugby and are looking forward to another epic rugby match at Welsh Varsity 2013. The games are on 24th April and you can buy alumni tickets at £15 each to come and cheer Team Cardiff on.

Meanwhile, this issue brings you the usual round-up of news, events and more from Cardiff. If you have some news which you would like to share with alumni, we would love to hear it - just reply to

Very best wishes

Sarah Price
Deputy Director of Development and Alumni Relations

We're not running a contest in this issue but we do invite you to take part in our latest online chat where we have asked: What music reminds you of Cardiff?

We put the question to Facebook and Twitter a week ago and lots of alumni have joined in, with replies ranging from Stereophonics to Bryn Terfel.

You can join in above, view the Cardiff Alumni Playlist online, or subscribe to the Spotify playlist.
